Who is Real Estate of the Rockies?
RER was conceived in 1996 by David Binkowski. Having paid thousands of dollars in brokerage fees with little support from one of the large real estate companies, he realized that there had to be a better way. His vision was to streamline office management systems that would lower overhead while still providing absolutely every tool of latest technology that would set RER apart from competition. Not charging corporate franchise fees, annual dues, and not having commission caps, etc., RER passes the savings on to all of its associates at a value unmatched by any other company. Unlike many other owners, David and his wife Aggie have decades of combined real estate sales and marketing experience. They don't just know real estate, they have experienced it themselves. What Does RER Offer?
100% Commission – Real Estate of the Rockies now offers three true 100% plans: the Base Camp Plan ($575/mo), the Mile High Plan ($750/mo), and the Peak Performance Plan ($850/mo). The higher the cost of the plan, the more is offered within. Hence, those who produce more actually save more! Most of the competition charges large commission splits, transaction fees and anywhere from 4% to 8% in franchise and/or royalty fees. This adds up to thousands of dollars a year in lost income to the associate. RER does not charge transaction, franchise, or royalty fees. No matter which RER plan you're on, the value for the money is not matched by any other real estate company – period.

Company Moving Vans – All associates have access to a fleet of air-conditioned Real Estate of the Rockies moving trucks. These are not only a great convenience for your clients, but are superb marketing tool for you; we will show you how to take advantage of the trucks in many different ways.
24/7 Live Answering Service – No matter the time of day, a live person will answer any calls that come in to our offices. If a call comes in on your listing, it goes directly to you and never becomes a floor call.
